Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Glory Real Estate W.L.L ("Glory", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use glorybh.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018, "PDPL").
1. Who we are
Glory Real Estate W.L.L — a RERA-licensed real-estate brokerage.
Sixty Offices Business Center, 6th floor, Office 608, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
RERA licences: Property Management PM202411/1065 · Sales SA202102/1397.
2. The data we collect
- Information you give us through our contact, property-inquiry and "Register Interest" forms, or via WhatsApp/phone/email: your name, phone number, email address (optional on Register Interest), budget, preferred unit type, payment preference and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically when you browse: pages viewed and basic interaction events (first-party analytics), and technical data such as IP address and approximate location, processed by our security/CDN provider for protection against abuse.
- We do not take card or cryptocurrency payments on this website, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data.
3. Why we use your data & our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and provide brokerage services — based on your consent and steps taken at your request.
- To send you information you asked for (e.g. brochures, payment plans, follow-ups) — based on your consent.
- To operate, secure and improve the website, and prevent fraud and abuse — based on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including RERA requirements).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, under appropriate safeguards, with:
- Trusted technology providers who help us operate the website and our communications — such as email delivery, secure hosting and content delivery, and the website's AI assistant. They act only on our instructions.
- Messaging platforms you choose to use to contact us (for example, if you message us on WhatsApp), under their own terms.
- Advertising and measurement platforms (such as social-media advertising pixels), which receive limited usage data to measure and improve our advertising, under their own terms.
- Professional advisers, regulators (such as RERA), or authorities where required by law.
5. Cookies, local storage & advertising
To make features work, your browser's local storage may remember the properties you save as favourites or add to compare — this stays on your device. We use advertising and measurement pixels from social-media platforms to understand how our advertising performs and to show you relevant ads; these may set cookies and share limited usage data (such as pages viewed) with those platforms under their own terms. We may also collect basic, aggregated usage statistics to improve the website. You can clear cookies and local data at any time through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your social-media account settings.
6. How long we keep it
We keep lead and enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legitimate business and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and bot protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your rights under the PDPL
Subject to the PDPL, you may have the right to access your personal data; have it corrected or erased; object to or restrict its processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to the competent Bahrain data-protection authority.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside Bahrain. Where this happens, we take steps intended to ensure your data remains protected to a standard consistent with the PDPL.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
