These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of glorybh.com (the "website"), operated by Glory Real Estate W.L.L ("Glory", "we", "us"), a RERA-licensed real-estate brokerage in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. About Glory & our role

Glory acts as a licensed real-estate broker. We market and provide information about properties, including the Breeze of Dilmunia development for which we are a sales representative. We are not the developer, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

2. Property information is indicative

• Listings, prices, payment plans, availability, images, sizes, floor plans and project details are provided for general information and may change without notice.
• They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Nothing on the website forms a contract for sale or lease.
• Any figure, plan or specification — including prices and the Breeze of Dilmunia payment terms — must be confirmed in writing with us and, where applicable, the developer, RERA and the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) before you rely on it.
• We make no guarantee of returns, rental yields, capital appreciation or residency outcomes. Any such information is general and subject to eligibility and verification.

3. Registering interest & contacting us

When you submit a form or message us, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to be contacted by Glory about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

4. AI assistant

Our website includes an AI property assistant. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are for general guidance only — they are not advice or an offer. Always confirm details with a Glory advisor.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false information or spam, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including the Glory name, logo, text, images and design — are owned by or licensed to Glory and are protected by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute.
